High Peak Liberal Democrats

I've just had confirmation of a trainer for the 16^thJuly to cover two broad areas:

• Focus - how to make it attractive for people to want to read (and get your message across). To cover identifying issues, running a campaign and taking good pictures.
• Election planning - what to do for the last four weeks, and therefore why you need to work for the other 11 months to prepare!

Alan Boad is an experienced campaigner from the West Midlands having long term involvement with campaigning on the ground, with ALDC and the Campaigns Department.

It'll be held at the Lib Dem office in Derby, from 10am to 4pm. We plan to provide lunch, for which there'll be a nominal charge (last time it was £2) to cover costs.

All are welcome, but please let me know if you expect to attend to help plan the catering (any dietary specials?) and ensure we have enough room.
