High Peak Liberal DemocratsAs the House of Lords gets set to reconvene early next week Councillor Phil Knowles had repeated his hope for a positive reply from the minister on the subject of air ambulance fuel duty. He says
"I spoke with Baroness Ros Scott and the question has been lodged with the minister. Now we await what we hope will be good news, a positive outcome. The air ambulance is a wonderful asset to our communities. The case that has been put before the minister is well presented and well thought out. Now we have to wait. ".
