In this week's Daventry Express, apart from the listings of all candidates, there were 3 letters from Conservative Councillors in the letters page. One, from the current leader of the Daventry District Council, was a blatant election letter and was the first letter on the page. On two of the letters the Daventry Express put in a note saying they were standing in the election, the third was a private letter but was from a Councillor and his wife.
