News is emerging of a possible public protest outside the offices of Harborough District Council on Thursday Evening as the Council prepares to debate the Liberal Democrat Call in of an Executive decision to build 1800 homes on Airfield Farm just outside of Market Harborough.
'' The Lib Dem Group strongly believed that we were reflecting the views of the wider number of the community by calling in this decision. 1800 homes, simply put, is cause for very deep concern. IF there has to be building on this site then it must reflect a manageable figure, a figure that won't adversely impact on the existing community, a figure that won't see the new residents who eventually move on to this site actually living on a building site for the next 20 years!
