High Peak Liberal DemocratsThis post involves the provision of comprehensive administrative support to the Liberal Democrat Group including drafting and advising on communications. It also involves support to individual group members in their capacity as County Councillors.
The post holder must be committed to the aims and objectives of the Liberal Democrat Party and either be a member of the Party or willing to join that Party.
The post is subject to restrictions under Section 9 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1987 which means that the position must terminate in May 2013 and that there are restrictions on the post holder's political activities.
