Over 40,000 homes will see their Christmas mantel pieces adorned with a classic christmas design courtesy of Greenbank Preparatory School young artist Jeremy Yang.

From hundreds of entries from young artists across his constituency, Cheadle M.P. Mark Hunter chose eight-year-old Jeremy's charming design of Santa and friends for his annual Christmas card.

Mark Hunter said: "It was a very difficult choice after so many good entries, but Jeremy's design had a charm all of its own."

Jeremy, who is pictured with his mum Mei-Hua Mark Hunter M.P. and Greenbank Preparatory School Headmistress Janet Lowe, received a House of Commons goody bag from the the MP.

He said: "It's a great honour to have my design chosen by Mr Hunter and I am thrilled to think that it will be in 40,000 homes this Christmas."
