The Regional Spring Conference is rapidly approaching and we need to ensure that everything is ready.If you have submitted a proposed motion it is important that you email a copy of your motion to Phil Knowles, Policy Officer with confirmation of the proposer, confirmation of the seconder and finally confirmation that both the proposer and seconder will be attending the Conference.
It's important that we have this formal confirmation so that we can be sure that each of the proposed motions will have the necessary members at Conference on the day.
