Karen, Harrish, Martin and George packed their buckets and spades and off they went.

We actually did not make it to the beach, instead we were diverted to Eastleigh by-election HQ. Still, it was worth it!

The Times Populus poll dated 23. February showed the LibDems ahead of the Tories by 33% to28%, a Lib Dem lead of 5%.

As this was published after our visit, satisfaction, good feel mood, and 'job done' beset us. It does feel good to think that we added to the lead.

However, no time to rest on laurels. Yesterday (24/2/2013) The Mail on Sunday showed the Tories ahead of the LibDems by 33% to 29%, a Tory lead of 4%. So there is still all to fight for! Even though, or especially so, as they are only three days are left.

Go for it! It is nice to see how the party machine can swing in action in such a grand style.

PS. The heading is misleading. Only Karen Draycott and George Smid are from Corby party. Harrish Bisnauthsing is from Stamford and Martin Johns is from Towcester.
