Biting back: free school meals for infants Nick Clegg and David Laws pulled a rabbit from the hat by announcing a major new policy - giving all reception, Year One and Year Two pupils free school meals. In his closing speech to conference, Nick said: "My ambition is to provide free school meals for all primary school children. Another reason we want to get into Government again next time round. |
