Maybe now EVERYONE thinks its a good thing that 25 million people will pay £700 less income tax, and over 2 million low earners and part time workers will pay no income tax at all!
But lets take a quick look at exactly what Cameron had to say about it on 15th April 2010 in the first Leaders Debate shall we?
