11% more members in East Midlands since July

Last week Michael Dugher, Labour's General Election Co-ordinator, told a newspaper that 'nobody is joining the Lib Dems'.
He couldn't be more wrong.
Our party membership is growing again - hundreds of people are joining us every month - more than 2500 since July alone. In East Midlands we have recruited 233 new members (11%) since July.
Together we're going to show Michael Dugher just how wrong he is - but we'll only do it with your help.
We need you to find just one new member and have them join the party.
This person is someone you already know - it could be a friend, a member of your family, or someone who helps our campaigns and isn't yet a member. You don't need to go cold calling. Everyone reading this article will know someone who would join the party if you asked them.
All you need to do is get them to join by the end of this month - and you'll get to choose of one of our fantastic new membership cards for yourself.
We need to show Michael Dugher that he doesn't know what he's talking about - and we'll only do that with your help.
