He hit the doorsteps with Lucy Care, our general election candidate, for a day of leafleting and bundling.
Issan Ghazni relished getting out on the streets and said this was the key to ensuring Bill Newton Dunn was re-elected as MEP.
He said: "I really enjoyed meeting local members in Derby North. They are the life-blood of our party. Grassroots activists have worn out plenty of shoe leather for our party - as I have! I do not take for granted the individual effort we make when campaigning for victory in the Euro elections."
