Social care is the vital support many older and disabled people need to get up, dressed, out of the house and live independently.
MPs who represent us all are about to debate the Care Bill, a new law that will decide the future of social care.
Thank you so much for sending us your stories. We have now had to close this campaign in order to send the speech bubbles to MPs in time for the Care Bill debate.
