Christmas is over and you have a few minutes to spare so don't forget your applications for PPC in 2015
In order to be eligible to apply, applicants need to make sure they are on the Party's list of Approved Candidates at the closing date for applications. If you are interested in applying and would like to speak to a more experienced candidate about the process, please let us know.
Harborough PPC
The Local Party Executive of Harborough Liberal Democrats invites applications for selection as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency of HARBOROUGH. Potential applicants should contact the Returning Officer, 7 Varden Avenue,Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2SJ, phone 0115 925 8816, email bllsmith@virginmedia.com for an application pack. Applications must be received by the Returning Officer by 5.00 p.m. on 28/12/2013.
Applicants not on the Party's list of Approved Candidates at the closing date for applications will not be guaranteed consideration by the Shortlisting Committee. It is the responsibility of applicants to check that their applications have been received by the Returning Officer, by the closing date.
Rushcliffe PPC
The Local Party Executive of Rushcliffe Liberal Democrats invites applications for selection as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency of Rushcliffe. Rushcliffe has an active Lib Dem council group which leads the opposition, and the party gained 2nd place in the 2010 election. Potential applicants should contact the Returning Officer, 8 Beechwood Close, Belper, DE56 2TU, phone 01773 829176, email shelleyroger@ymail.com for an application pack. Completed applications must be sent to the Returning Officer by 5pm on 3 January 2014.
