Andrew Stunell MP and Lisa Smart, Hazel Grove's Prospective MP, urge Stockport residents to support Ryan McMurdo, a Woodley Wallet Watcher member, win the Tech4Good award for his work in our community.

Ryan McMurdo helps out with Woodley Wallet Watchers which aims to help young people be better with money, and runs I.T classes at Startpoint café in Woodley to help people get online. Ryan has been nominated for a Tech4Good award, which is an awards scheme ran by Ability Net and looks at rewarding people who use technology for good in their community.

Commenting, Andrew said -

"Ryan has been doing a super job helping other people get online and manage their money better. All you need to do is click on the link and vote to make sure he gets an award. It really couldn't be any easier, and he certainly deserves it!"

Lisa Smart, Hazel Grove's Prospective MP, said -

"It's because of people like Ryan why Stockport's community is a cut above the rest. It's great that Ryan's work has been noticed and that he's been nominated for this award, it'd be even better if we could make sure he wins it! I'll certainly be voting for Ryan so he can get the praise he deserves - I encourage all other Stopfordians to do the same!"

Voting closes on 30th June at 5pm so get your vote in fast!
