Stockport Homes were named the 2nd best UK landlord in 2013 – this year they’re aiming for 1st!

Stockport Homes has, once again, been named one of the country's 'Top Ten Landlords' by the well-respected industry publication, 24 Housing magazine.

The decision was made by a panel of top housing professionals who recognised Stockport Homes' excellent service as well as their effective partnership building to support strong neighbourhoods.

The accolades for Stockport Homes are not in isolation, last March, for the fifth year running, Stockport Homes made The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations To Work For, indicating that a happy work force contributes to the first class service that they provide.

As was the case last year, the final positioning of the landlords listed in the top ten is decided by a public vote, available on the following webpage until 5pm on 31 October:

'Stockport Homes are a real success story and they are going from strength to strength. Last year they just missed out on the top spot, coming second in the list of the top fifty UK landlords, and it does not surprise me at all that they will be placed in the top ten once again.
