Smoked mackerel & baby corn chowder cooked with white wine, petit pois & fresh cream, served with cheddar croutes
Classic French 'White Park' beef tartare seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, capers & shallots, served with crostinis
Warm three cheese & caramelised onion tartlet served with a beetroot & balsamic relish and mustard dressed leaves
Seared king scallop skewers served with a spring onion & carrot salad and a sweet chilli & lime dressing
Mains
Herb crusted fillet of fresh salmon, served with farfalle pasta in a wilted spinach & garlic cream sauce, finished with parmesan
Ham hock, slow cooked with peppercorns and bay, served with spiced apple compote, creamed mashed potatoes and a cider & wholegrain mustard sauce
Moroccan spiced roasted vegetable ragout with feta & mint couscous and red onion & lemon slaw
Sautéed oyster & button mushrooms served with a madeira & thyme cream sauce and slow cooked rosemary fondant potatoes, finished with black pepper
Braised locally sourced 'White Park' beef in a caramelised red onion stock gravy served with smoked bacon crushed potatoes and parsnip crisps
Duo of 'Old Spot' pork - smoked belly and roasted loin in a mildly spiced tomato, roasted garlic & smoked paprika sauce, served with basmati rice
Pan seared chicken breast served on creamed mashed potatoes with a tarragon & Dijon cream sauce, topped with crispy bacon
Slow roasted shoulder of English lamb served with a rosemary fondant potato and a red wine & redcurrant jus
