High Peak Liberal DemocratsAndrew Stunell MP & Lisa Smart, Prospective MP for Hazel Grove, urge local businesses to take advantage of the free export help on offer from UKTI during Export week, 10-14th November 2014.
Lisa Smart, Prospective MP for Hazel Grove, said -
"UKTI do a great job in helping businesses grow all year round, but local businesses often don't know about the free help that is available to them so Export Week is a great way of promoting this.
"I really would encourage Stockport businesses to get in contact with UKTI. Once you see how much help UKTI can provide, the prospect of exporting or expanding your export programme won't seem quite as daunting."
Commenting, Sir Andrew said -
"We've got award-winning local companies exporting all round the world. You don't have to be big, you just need a good product or outstanding service, and a bit of extra know-how. UKTI are completely focused on helping firms get that know-how, whatever their size. This is the week to give them a call and find out how to make money exporting."
UK Trade & Investment's (UKTI) 6th Export Week, from 10-14th November 2014 features events for small and mid-sized firms nationwide with companies attending seminars, trade workshops, intellectual property and marketing workshops across the country.
