The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (UK)
Pavements used to be our friend
Leading us from start to end
Keeping us safe from A to B
Even though we cannot see.
...
Pavements we now have to share
With cars and bikes and such like
How can this be fair and right
On people who have so little sight?
The message we would like to send
Is bring back our trusted friend
Make our path both safe and clear
So, that we can walk without fear!
