Members Urged to Support in Numbers
Members from across the East Midlands are being urged to support East Midlands Liberal Democrat EU events across the Region and get involved in the organising/publicity.
''This is a vote that we simply have to win. We have to ensure the UK stays at the heart of the EU and will be taking that message to all parts of the East Midlands. From house meetings to village hall events we are asking each constituency to organise at least one event and we hope that members will contact their Constituency Chairs, Vice Chairs and Secretaries offering help in organising the event and committing to ensure the venue is packed.
We will be coordinating Official Spokespersons to attend, many from the National Party HQ with the support of Regional Spokespersons. As soon as you have the date and venue let me know '' Cllr Phil Knowles
