9:30am The day opens with our "pre-conference fringe" debate on "Trains and infrastructure"
10:30am AGM begins with an "Introduction and Welcome" from Regional Chair, Phil Smith.

Conference, Part1 (after AGM - 11:45am approx):
- 11:45am: In the Kennedy Conference Hall, the first policy debate: "Leading Not Leaving: The Euro Referendum"
- 11:45am: In the Richmond Seminar Area: "East Midlands Social Media Consultation" facilitated by Exec member Becky Thomas. Be part of the project to develop what the Regional Party will be doing with online promotion and social media.
- 11:45am: In the Totnes Seminar Room: "Learn to Speak With Confidence", with Public Speaking Expert, Pam Edwards.
- 12:15pm: In the Kennedy Conference Hall, the second policy debate: "STV for Local Government Elections"
- 12:15pm: In the Totnes Seminar Room: "What does it take to be a Candidate and what is a Returning Officer?"with Leon Duveen & Pat Wildgoose,
12:45pm LUNCH (45MINS)
Conference, Part2 (1:30pm):
- 1:30pm: In the Kennedy Conference Hall, we have the third policy debate "Dealing with Graduate Unemployment & Improving Vocational Training".
- 1:30pm: In the Totnes Seminar Room: "The Human Rights Act" with Anita Prabhakar, PPC Leicester South.
- 1:30pm: In the Richmond Seminar Area: we have followed by "How to Chair a Meeting" with Barbara Pearce
2:00-2:45pm "The Euro Session":
The Kennedy Conference Hall then plays host to "The Euro Session", hosted by Phil Knowles, Leon Duveen and Ex-MEP Bill Newton Dunn, with keynote speech from Lord Dick Newby.

3:00pm Party President, Baroness Sal Brinton, in the Kennedy Conference Hall.

- 3:20pm: In the Kennedy Conference Hall, we have another policy debate, "Preventing Radicalisation & Extremism". Followed by an emergency motion on "Junior Doctors & the NHS".
- 3:20pm: In the Richmond Seminar Area: we have well known Lib Dem blogger and PR expert Mark Pack with "Why we need to build a larger core vote for the party - and how to get started in your area"?
- 3:20pm: In the Totnes Seminar Room: we have Master NLP Practitioner and Lib Dem member, Simon Foster running his "Basic NLP techniques to make you more successful: Managing yourself & your time".
