Top European Catherine Bearder MEP was in South Leicestershire recently and is pictured with Regional Vice Chairman Cllr Phil Knowles along with Cllr Sharon Morris & Cllr Bill Boulter visiting a new swimming pool facility in Wigston. The pool is part of a £10 million investment by Oadby & Wigston Borough Council in new facilities in the Liberal Democrat Council Controlled Authorities area.
