High Peak Liberal DemocratsWe are looking for disabled students who will be applying for DSA to start university in September 2016, with a view to a possible legal challenge.
To be eligible for legal aid, you would need to own less than £3,000 in capital and have no significant income, other than benefits.
To challenge the decision, we would need to issue judicial review proceedings by 1 March 2016 so we need you to contact us as soon as possible.
