Are you a student who might be affected to the changes to Disabled Students Allowance (DSA)?
We are looking for disabled students who will be applying for DSA to start university in September 2016, with a view to a possible legal challenge.
To be eligible for legal aid, you would need to own less than £3,000 in capital and have no significant income, other than benefits.
To challenge the decision, we would need to issue judicial review proceedings by 1 March 2016 so we need you to contact us as soon as possible.
