By the end of this session you should:

• Understand the role of the agent.
• Be able oversee the completion of the candidates nomination pack.
• Understand the legal requirements on the agent during the election campaign, on election day and after the election.
• Basic election Law.
• Know how to produce literature that meets the legal requirements.
• Basic over view of what can and what can't be done during an election.
• Know how to accurately complete the election expenses return.
