High Peak Liberal DemocratsThe more than 6,000 signatures(931 from High Peak) have been handed to the Government for consideration before the Autumn Statement this week.
We are looking forward to the Autumn Statement on Wednesday where we have been calling on the Government to fund our NHS properly and make sure that our Hospital can provide the services we need.
Thank you so much for all of your support for this campaign over the last 4 months it has been fantastic to see just how much local people care about Stepping Hill.

P.S. The Labour Administration in Stockport are consulting on proposals to reduce Black Bin collections to a 3 weekly cycle. Your local Liberal Democrat team are opposing this measure as it will land the Council with 20 years of debt and cause huge inconvenience to local residents. Take part in the consultation here.
