Former leader of the Liberal Democrats and deputy prime minister Nick Clegg told the Sunday Politics that he would vote against Article 50 unless two conditions are met. He said he wanted to see assurances from the government that they will seek to remain inside the single market. He also wants a second referendum on the terms of the final deal.
