High Peak Liberal Democrats
On Thursday 9th November a by-election will be held in High Peak Borough Council's Limestone Peak ward, triggered by the resignation of the sitting Conservative councillor.
Alister Forbes will be fighting the seat for the Lib Dems and any help with the campaign would be appreciated.
For anyone unsure where Limestone Peak is, it is basically the villages of Dove Holes, Peak Dale, Small Dale and Wormhill, which lie to the North and North-East of Buxton.
If anybody wants to help with canvassing, we will be running two sessions. One this Saturday 28th October in Dove Holes (11am-3pm) and the other on Wednesday 8th November in Peak Dale.
Both sessions will run from 12 noon to 3pm, but nobody has to stay for the entire period if they have other commitments.
Meet in the
Please let me know if you are interested/available to help on either the 28th or 8th (or even both).
Thank you
Alistair Forbes
