Anyone interested in the Liberal Democrats is welcome to attend but only members of the party are eligible to vote.

Note 1 Section 5.2 of the Local Party Constitution allows for the election of an Honorary President.

Note 2 - The 2016 Accounts for the Local Party should have been approved by the Executive Committee (section 10.4 of Local Party Constitution) of the Local Party and sent to the Chief Executive at Party HQ before the end of March 2017. Therefore the accounts have been approved and only need to be noted.

All members present at the AGM will be entered into a prize draw

To save campaign funds we are emailing copies of AGM papers where possible. If you would like a set of papers posted before hand please call our Secretary John Bland, on 07763 307803 (evenings or weekends). A limited number of papers will be available at the AGM as well.
