High Peak Liberal DemocratsFor the first time in years there are two contested elections for the Executive. The manifestos for these elections can be found:
If you have requested a postal vote by sending an SSAE to the returning officer and are an eligible voter a voting form will be posted to you in time for you to return it on or before 11th March in time for the AGM (see http://grn.lib.dm/AGM2019) on the 15th.
All other eligible voters who have provided a valid email address to GLD will be sent a link from the Treasurer's email address libdemsgreen AT gmail.com (please whitelist this address so you don't lose important emails to spam filters!) for voting online where you will be required to enter identification details for verification purposes only. These details need to match what we have on our database for you. Any votes the returning officer cannot match to an existing eligible voter will be discarded, as will duplicate votes after the first.
The online form includes an option to request a voting form to collect at the AGM and vote in person instead. Voting forms for eligible voters without notified email addresses, or who have selected this option will be available at the AGM, but only people on that limited list will be permitted to vote at the AGM. There is currently no facility for proxy voting.
