Motions at East Midlands Conference

There are three motions being brought to our Regional Conference this weekend. Topics include alternatives to HS2, tackling money laundering and scrutiny of Government. You can download a copy of the motions by clicking HERE.
On the Day:
Everyone attending is welcome to speak either for or against any of these motions and "speakers cards" will be available on the day. Proposers will each have up to seven minutes to move their motion, with summators allowed up to four minutes to speak. All other speakers will be allowed a maximum of three minutes.
Amendments:
If you wish to submit any amendments to these motions, please email through to me by 7pm on Friday March 6th.
