The Good News
Garden Waste Collections resume on 31st August (Tuesday) So if it is your week for blue bin / blue bag / blue lidded box, you can also put out your green waste bin - assuming you have a subscription label to show you have joined the scheme.
Remember because of the Bank Holiday on Monday 30th, collections will be one day later (with Friday's collected on Saturday).
However there will be some restrictions.
No 'excess' recycling Any recycling NOT completely in the blue bin (with lid closed) / blue box (with lid on) / two blue bags WILL NOT BE REMOVED.
The 'insert' box for paper / card must be left inside the bin.
No separate food waste collection Food waste (bagged) should be added to the Black / Grey bin or black sacks.
