Brussels Visit
Monday May 30th - Wednesday 1st June 2011 inclusive
Date and time of departure: Monday 30th May depart from 2 locations in the East Midlands to be confirmed. First departure approximately 08:30.
Date and time of return: Wednesday 1st June. 08:30 breakfast then depart from Hotel at 09:15 with duty free shopping opportunities on the return journey and a 2 hour visit to Brugge. Approx arrival time back in the East Midlands 19:30.
Subsidised places: The trip will be subsidised by Bill Newton Dunn. The cost of the trip will be £240 per person. Your subsidy of approximately 90 - 100 euros will be paid out whilst in the Parliament (amount decided on distance of travel). The meal on Tuesday night is also subsidised and you will only need to purchase drinks.
Channel Crossing: P & O Stena Line Dover Calais Dover.
Cost: £240 per person. £70 supplement if you require a single room. There will be single rooms available, on a first come first served basis. 2 night's bed and breakfast in the Hotel Cascade in the Louise District

Tuesday 31st May: We will go into the parliament in the morning where you will be addressed by the visitor service and time to talk to Bill Newton Dunn. We see the hemicycle where the voting takes place. Early afternoon will involve a guided tour of Brussels by coach or a visit to an attraction and then on to the Hotel. The evening meal will be at Chez Leon just off the Grand Place.
Please note; all persons travelling are required to complete an application form. Please reserve your place as soon as possible with me to guarantee the trip will run.

Booking and paying for your visit
When you book your visit, you will have to pay the full cost. You must be 18 or over at the time of booking and be present on the visit for its entire duration to be able to claim your subsidy.
Bookings can be transferable to another party if you are unable to go. I am unable to refund cancellations. Once you have booked and paid, a contract will exist between us. The contract is binding and you must be aware of and accept the whole of the contract and the obligations contained in it.
Before travelling, please make sure your passport is up to date and where needed, your visa is valid.
